The Primitive Wicket comes standard with a custom Nugedex kydex sheath fitted with a leather lanyard and Wazoo clasp for easy neck carry, making this a functional and capable outdoor or EDC option.

Wanted one of these for some time. Last thing I need is another knife, but I liked the design and had no neck knives. The design is unique and practical, sits flat on my lower chest so is not obvious, nice leather strap that’s easy to undo, arrived super sharp and ready to go. I like this knife, would buy again.
Very sharp. Great size. Handle wrapping is very tight, and comes with a Wazoo leather neck cord. Very satisfied

Tom makes a superior product. I always look forward to receiving one of his orders because I know it will go straight into the pocket and live there for quite some time; outdoing anything other I had in rotation.
The Primitive Wicket XL does just the same. Amazing job on the jute wrap and insanely sharp. It’s not too often a smaller knife maker puts just as much thought into the sheath as he or she does with the blade itself and it shows with Tom.
It's funny I just got this email I'm just getting in from New Hampshire. I brought both knives with me up to lake Winnipesaukee.
I have both small primitive wickets from you I put lanyards on them. So I could anchor them to my pinky.
They both work flawlessly. Never hurt my hand over long periods of cutting.
All I do is drop them occasionally. Now I have to clean them up from the sap.
Be looking forward to buying a larger primitive wicked and a chickpea when they drop.

Favorite knife I own! It's always on my side working on the farm.
I've had my eye on one for a while, so I'm really glad I was able to get it. I love it! Super sharp and durable. I really love the primitive look as well. I'm definitely looking forward to getting an XL later on.

Knives By Nuge, aka Tom Nugent, designed the best EDC/camping/general outdoors knife on the market when he designed the Wicket. He has improved and refined it over its’ many variants, including the Wicket XL, to as near perfect as a knife can attain. The materials and build quality are tbe epitome of craftsmanship. I own two Wickets and two Wicket XL’s, even though one would easily suffice. It’s just too awesome of a knife to only have one, at least for me. They aren’t cheap but they are worth every penny. Buy one, use it hard in the outdoors, and you’ll agree with me.
